Meet StarChanger Kids founder, Caryol-Lynn Rullo, an education expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. She has a master's degree in behavioral analysis and Educational Leadership, along with a bachelors in Elementary Education K-8. With certifications in Exceptional Education K-12, Gen Ed K-6, ESOL, and Florida Leadership certification, she passed the Praxis II for Administrative positions outside of Florida. She has worked in education for 20+ years.
It has always been her belief that a few well-placed people can help change the trajectory of one's life. When given the opportunity to learn in the conditions which are best for them, children can have their lives impacted positively, for a lifetime.
